      Amazing to work at a company that values their employees. A ton of opportunities for growth. It is refreshing to work along side others who are passionate about helping our individuals served.

      Pros

      Bancroft is filled with people who have big hearts and love their job

      Cons

      People join young and stay for a long time without any professional development so many leaders do not have leadership skills even if they believe their heart is in the right place beause Bancroft does not provide this growth and instead continues to promote the best person available even if they aren't right for the job.
