Hello! As a human services provider, Bancroft and its employees have a responsibility to protect the health and well-being of the vulnerable individuals we support, many of whom have complex medical needs as well as the health and safety of our staff who care for these individuals. It is our top priority as an organization. We, like many healthcare systems and human services organizations, require the flu shot for all employees in accordance with CDC recommendations, because it is the proven, most effective way to prevent the spread of the flu -- more important than ever this year, in the face of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
