open space - ease of communication relaxed atmosphere, flexible schedule

no motivation what so ever (financialy, socialy, ...) no opportunity of career developing (changing inside jobs, being promoted..) no teambuildings or trainings - crisis (lack of funds) no casual friday bad publisity/ bad image promoted by emplyees reduced bonuses (no 13 th salary, smaller bonuses for holydays- or changed into lunch cupons, no bonus for high performances)
