Banana Solar is a great place to work if you want to be part of a company that is client-focussed and future driven. I joined when Banana Solar was still very young, around 6 months after it was founded. Their values were clear; to provide leading customer service from start to finish. For me to reach the stage where I'd be able to achieve this, I was provided with consistent mentorship and the necessary resources to correctly and effectively inform the customer which products and services they can choose to end up with a solar system that lasts. At the current moment of writing, a year after I joined, the mentorship and resources are still here. Location is also convenient, a 10 min walk from St Peters station, and a 15 min bus ride to the city.

Being in a market where it's imperative for a company to have stability and unwavering assurance to customers, customers may be inclined to choose companies with reputation built with time and experience. We had to spend extra time providing this assurance. This was an obstacle Banana Solar had to tackle. It was not, however, an obstacle that kept us down for long. With a strategy that is constantly adapting with the customer as the salient focus, we're bound to continue reaching new heights and beyond.
