Pros

- The idea of the product is pretty nice! I must say, the "idea", because the product doesn't work so good, facing client issues on a daily basis - Young people, and I insist on "young" are very nice, friendly, helpful. Maybe that's why they don't last so much, they are too good and kind for this company.

Cons

I don't know how to begin.. so many things to say! - Management: awful. Incompetence, lack of intelligence, no benevolence, favoritism, don't know how to manage people, no feedback, no encouragement, no help, no advice. A real catastrophe. - Company: Very badly managed, CEO/CFO quite incompetent, objectives non-existent or unclear, and personnel management more than catastrophic. Abusive redundancies every 6 months in waves of 20 people, useless hiring, pyramidal hierarchies that don't stop and are ridiculous. We've also seen people hired to replace maternity leave, but without telling the employee, who was dismissed when the person on leave returned. A lot of money thrown down the drain for oversized offices, too many events with no ROI... Unclear contracts, non-compliance with international laws sometimes, job title changes without the employee's consent. On the customer side, we spend our time lying, saying that problems don't come from us, changing subscription prices every 3 days... It's awful. - Onboarding: Simple, there isn't one. I hope you'll be able to figure out what the company does, on your own, because no one explains it properly and there's no empirical presentation or anything, and your scope is never defined, so move on. - Last but not least: discrepancies in treatment between Stockholm and the other countries (for example: in Stockholm they have benefits in kind, lunch, snacks, events, afterworks, great offices (empty because they've obviously seen too big), professional mobiles... in the regions: no mobiles, few money to do afterworks, nothing more). We've seen burn-outs, sick leaves, desperate people. I could go on and on, but I think I've given the main picture of what I've been through. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I didn't even think a company was capable of being so bad and so malicious.

Pros

The onboarding process at Bambuser has been great and sets a strong foundation for success. The company makes a significant effort to ensure new hires feel connected by organizing dedicated intro sessions with every department. This cross-functional exposure is incredibly helpful, it breaks down silos early on and creates a unified, collaborative atmosphere where you feel comfortable reaching out to colleagues in different teams right away.

Cons

None at this current moment.

Pros

Clear, steady strategy. The company chooses one or two big bets each year and sticks to them; road-maps aren’t torn up mid-quarter. Autonomy with guardrails. Teams own outcomes end-to-end—including roadmap, metrics, and post-launch support—while leadership clears blockers instead of micromanaging. Transparent comp & growth. Salary bands and promotion criteria are published internally; I always know what I need to do for the next level. Top-notch tooling. Modern stack and a generous hardware stipend mean you spend time solving customer problems, not wrestling legacy systems. Inclusive community. Monthly town halls, a thriving women-in-tech ERG, and budgets for conference speaking/attendance create genuine belonging.

Cons

High bar for ownership. If you prefer narrowly scoped tasks, the end-to-end responsibility can feel overwhelming.
