6yHello! Thanks for your thoughts. BambooHR was definitely founded with the desire to create a great place to work and we're glad to hear that you were able to experience that. Since the beginning of BambooHR and ongoing, our goal has always been to focus on the people, and regardless of how many employees we have, that focus and priority will never change. We recognize that we're humans and mistakes happen. Though that's part of the process of growing from good to great, it becomes a problem when we're not learning from those mistakes or when mistakes are continuously repeated. Part of having a great place to work requires the commitment to make every minute count and to be all in. Unfortunately in situations where minimum job requirements aren't met or when the same mistakes are continuously made, it requires that we part ways. It's definitely not an easy thing, as we genuinely care about each and every person. We really wish the best for every Bambooligan, past or present, and we are grateful for the time that you spent at BambooHR!
