Strong leadership (they really care) - motivating environment, competitive comp, one of the coolest offices I've seen. Collaborative culture. Fun company outings. Alex + Jared are the best, will really try to set you up for success and give you honest feedback.

Markets can be challenging at times, have to know how to lead yourself well and stay resilient (really the case at any recruitment firm)
