I genuinely love working at this company, and there are many reasons why I don’t want to leave. The work culture here is amazing—everyone is friendly, approachable, and supportive. I’ve built great friendships at work, which makes every day enjoyable. Work timings are very flexible. We are expected to complete 9 hours, but we can choose when to come in and leave, which gives a lot of freedom and trust. There is also a hybrid work model, with one mandatory work-from-home on every friday, which helps maintain a healthy routine. Work-life balance is truly meaningful here. After office hours, I still have plenty of personal time, which is something many companies talk about but rarely deliver. The work environment is not stressful, and everyone is treated equally—there is no strict manager-subordinate mindset. It genuinely feels like a team where everyone is on the same level. The company also focuses a lot on team bonding. We have quarterly outings, wonderful team gatherings, regular events, games, and fun activities. Monthly birthday celebrations add a lot of joy, and getting a holiday on your own birthday feels like a real blessing. Salary is always credited on time—there has never been a delay. The HR and talent-hiring teams are excellent, and the company maintains high standards by hiring strong candidates.
