      Pros

      -Great benefits such as yearly bonuses & medical cover -Good salary range dependent on experience -Great working environment -Great exposure to key industries of Agriculture infused with technology & Telecommunications within the same company.

      Cons

      -No opportunity for growth as the management only gave expatriates the high-level jobs even within the Africa region. -When I left, it was due to a toxic work environment as the management changed and this contributed to 75% staff turn-over. It's my hope things have changed.

      Pros

      The company is a great place for new grads to get hands-on experience in the Nigerian telecoms industry. They offer a lot of opportunities for employees to acquire and develop in-demand technical and networking and skills.

      Cons

      Dizengoff is seen as a training ground for many engineers, people acquire the skills and exposure they need then leave for other companies with better staff welfare packages. Salaries here are one of the lowest in the industry.
