Tons of opportunities for growth and training. Management is very open with everyone. You always feel like part of a team there, everyone looks out for one another. If you make a mistake, you don't get a lecture, you are shown the correct way of doing things. They really care about your future and improvement. This seriously was one of the best places I've worked, and it wouldn't surprise me if I eventually returned there for a full time position.
