      So if you dont have enough experience in transport sector this company is a good to start with, they’ll teach you everything you need

      Cons

      Probably if you’re at the middle of your carrier and upper and have big expectations you sadly will not be promoted for a long time, salary promotion is nor the common thing here, so suddenly I had to leave and look for a better place

      I enjoy working at Baltic Transline because I have the freedom to express my ideas, my concerns are taken seriously, and the people are very friendly. The environment is casual overall, and the managers are flexible, making it easy to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
