i dont have any cons about this place. the pay was over minimum wage, but because i was unable to get enough hours i was not able make it work in the long run. there was little to no possibility for career advancement, as the owner was the head baker himself.
Wages were never spot on and don't really get treated like a person. Owner says one thing then someone says another , never know whether your coming or going and the rota gets changed and hours get cut without your consent. Whenever you try and question it they don't care and arnt helpful if you try and question anything. The owner has the worst attitude and zero people skills if your female
