      Laid back atmosphere I guess. They let you get away with pretty much anything.

      No one seems to know whats going on and it’s always different depending on who you ask!

      Steady work, nice people, lots to keep you busy

      Cons

      Bad insurance, no work/life balance, false veneer of safety, poorly maintained equipment, never knowing your schedule in advance and sometimes no notice about working late until its time to go, subpar pay and no raises
