• New team lead turned manager has created a political environment with visible favoritism • Uneven workload distribution across the team • Team members often feel pressure to stay in the manager’s good books (reacting to messages with hearts, praise, etc.) • 4-day schedule was changed to a 5-day rotating shift with no salary adjustment • Many team members have started leaving and morale has declined
