      The mission is excellent. Many of the people are phenomenal.

      Cons

      Really only bad things to say about upper management, compensation, and DEI. This company is not worthy of its mission.

      The people I've worked with have been phenomenal. Good work-life balance. There are interesting projects and the work we've done feels necessary and useful.

      Cons

      It is a startup. It will be scrappy at times.
