Thank you for your feedback, we’re sorry to hear about your experiences while working at Ballentine Partners. Our matrix set up does provide many challenges for a new employee to navigate, on top of their normal responsibilities. We have found, though, that it adds tremendous value for learning and client coverage. Additionally, we do have requirements for certain roles, such as completing required exams to be licensed to work with clients.
