A good global organisation but with no clear people management direction. Men, Material and Money are key to business and the foundation of any organisation stands on these pillars. Senior executive must look into these areas keenly. No one should be under estimated.

I attended an interview with this organisation for HR Advisor's position at Wrexham plant on , after tough and thorogh vetting process. I was informed that my candidature is rejected as i was too expereinced and talented to the organisation. The interviewer was a HR Officer and fellow HR Advisor. Not even a Manager. Funnily i was informed that i will be recruited for a HR Manager's role in the future, how can an officer and advisor recruit a manager? Ironically they had pre selected a candidate and were looking to reject all other applicants. Truly a demonstration of rejecting talent and experience. Waste of time, effort and money as i had to travel 90 miles each way
