Pros

They bought food for everyone often.

Cons

I would not recommend working in Accounts Payable, especially not as Staff Accountant. There's so much nepotism and favoritism in the company. Most people there are in the Ball family or are "long-time friends of the family." I was targeted by an individual and it was written off as "oh, that's just how so and so is." Certain people can get away with anything. They prey on fresh college graduates to be able to offer low wages and an unimpressive benefits package. Your pay is equivalent to that of retail and food establishments. Their high turnover is made to be your fault and responsibility, they expect people to take on the accounts and duties of basically two people. You're expected to stay late or come in on weekends if you're not able to meet the deadlines (again, the unrealistic workload expectations cause you not to be able to). They also don't care why - for example, if you want to take time off or you're sick no one will cover any of your work for you. Vacation time is pointless if you have to work three straight weekends to make up for it. I can't tell you how many times I cried at my desk over the stress and environment that place puts on you, and I saw co-workers do the same several times. Their practices and policies are wildly outdated, the company is stuck in the 80s. Also the micromanaging was insulting and unnecessary. Every aspect of the job had to be approved by several people before you were able to complete something. But just like every toxic ~we're a big family here~ workplace they'll gloss over everything with donuts and expect you to put up with it without any consideration of changes or improvements. I was overloaded to the point of severe burnout and mental health problems, they turn good employees into bad ones. If they deem you "competent" they'll give you so many accounts that it is literally not possible to meet deadlines with the process they expect you to take. Especially when half the people you're expected to contact will not reply to you and when other people didn't do their job right so you have to go back behind them to try to figure it out.
