      Clueless managers and Dispatchers in eastern Europe BOSNIA can't even speak English. Kiss your last paycheck Good bye . Don't take it from ask drivers on the road. Awful safety record Too many out of service equipments

      Pros

      Balic has miles, Balic is very friendly, Balic has good trucks, Balic dispatchers are very good. The owner, his wife and their son are there 24/7 over looking everything insuring that driver are taking care of. I think they very good people. And Luis too.

      Cons

      The only thing that threw me off was that they didn't have a drivers lounge in that big building with all the space they have. They have the room for nice driver lounge with fridge, microwave, shower, TV and coaches.

      Pros

      Nothing is good out here . Screwing you at every corner. Disrespectful dispatchers who can't understand English, sending you directly to snow storms and dangerous driving conditions .
