      Pros

      Great place to work with a positive and supportive environment. The company offers opportunities to grow, gain valuable experience, and work with friendly and helpful coworkers. My manager is understanding and has always been supportive and approachable in maintaining a good work-life balance and personal needs.

      Cons

      Nothing major — just the usual challenges that come with learning and growth.

      Pros

      Balic has miles, Balic is very friendly, Balic has good trucks, Balic dispatchers are very good. The owner, his wife and their son are there 24/7 over looking everything insuring that driver are taking care of. I think they very good people. And Luis too.

      Cons

      The only thing that threw me off was that they didn't have a drivers lounge in that big building with all the space they have. They have the room for nice driver lounge with fridge, microwave, shower, TV and coaches.

      Nothing is good out here . Screwing you at every corner. Disrespectful dispatchers who can't understand English, sending you directly to snow storms and dangerous driving conditions .
