      -Good First time job - good to get experience

      Cons

      - They don't train you, so you are expected to learn on the spot -inflexible time periods -few hours -sometimes I only worked 1 hour a week! -I waste more money on gas than what I was payed!

      Great co-workers, the founders are approachable, you get to know the students, job duties are straightforward, acceptable pay

      Scheduling requires flexibility, there could be more direction / training
