It was OK, wouldn't do it again - Sales Executive Baldwin Technology Employee Review

Small company feel with the benefits of a large company. Baldwin is part of the Barry Wehmiller family of companies (BW). BW's & Baldwin's culture is a nice balance of being focused on people and performance. They will do all they can to make you successful, but bad attitudes and/or continued poor performance is not tolerated. Baldwin works with some very interesting machine vision technology. Baldwin has a very international customer & employee base. There is regular opportunity to interface with coworkers and customers in Europe, India, China, Japan, and LATAM.

Although many businesses are having issues hiring the right talent, it would be welcomed if good people could get hired faster!

Favoritism for family staff Expected high level knowledge as an intern and get paid way less than you should if you are interning there. Little help given to interns Expect to work as if employees as a software engineer at a full time company Don’t expect to be taught things directly Poor management of interns Not treated like a normal internship Poor development process for interns to work in Manager was quiet, learned more from my co-worker/intern than from him
