      Pros

      Generally a good work environment. Great benefits. Depending on when hired then great retirement.

      Cons

      No real way to incentivise hard work so serniority tends to trump skill and ability. Can be very political. Ethics laws and long vesting time instead RSA can make it hard to leave once you have been in for several years.
