      Great pay. Good job. Rewarded for all your efforts. The leadership is very knowledgeable. The company takes safety seriously and listens to ideas from employees.

      Dealing with hazardous chemicals. Even though its a hazardous job, the pay is great and the company provides training for the hazards of the job.
