      BEWARE! This company is owned by a venture capitalist firm. Upper management doesn't care about the employees in any way shape or form. You are just a widget to them. The benefits here are terrible and they will lie to you and tell you they have competitive benefits. Make sure you ask. Very very toxic environment. Everyone hates Eric Kownacki, the CEO. He is just a mean and nasty person.

      Believe in American manufacturing. Moved over 2,000 molds back to the US. Invest in people and technology Pay based on merit and performance

      Cons

      Long hours and lots of work to be done. Not a place for lazy workers. The expectations are high but fair
