Everyone at Balboa from top to bottom works very hard, but also …they care about each other. The atmosphere is supportive, engaging, and generally happy. They are not afraid to listen to employees and explore or adopt new technologies that make work faster, efficient or friendly to support both clients and employees. Team members support clients and act proactively to achieve business goals.

Pro and Con: Working from home…no traffic but harder to get to know colleagues if you don’t participate in the social opportunities that present themselves.
