Pros

1. Friendly and helpful sales team, the best I've ever worked with. This is not your ordinary cut-throat "sales team", this is a real TEAM. 2. Competition is encouraged but not as important, you grow as fast as you want in the business. 3. This is not a JOB, it is a real career with great opportunities and exciting benefits (awesome clothes)! 4. Direct access to the CEO and President of the company. You are not a number in the books, you are a member of the family. 5. WORK-LIFE-BALANCE!

Cons

Very hard to find anything, if anything higher volume sales staff might benefit more from a sales assistant.

Pros

I absolutely love my job at Balani. The company’s values are genuinely reflected in how the team works day to day, and the quality of work is truly top notch. I feel supported, respected, and trusted in my role as an assistant, and the people I work with make the environment both collaborative and motivating. There is a strong emphasis on doing things the right way, not just the fast way, which really sets Balani apart. It’s rewarding to be part of a team that cares so much about excellence, integrity, and growth.

Cons

Honestly, I don’t have any major complaints. Like any role, there’s always something new to learn, but that’s part of what makes it engaging.
