      Work alone and get to have a flexible schedule. Loves the job itself.

      Cons

      Dosnt treat their employees well. Breadcrumbs employees so they stay. Expectations are to high for what they pay. Your competitor pays their employees $20-$22/hr with benefits.

      I loved working for Balanced Foods and enjoyed the positive and healthy environment that was created by the leadership team.

      During solo shifts, you have to work hard to stay focused on store needs, marketing and customer service.
