Pay, management, favoritism of certain employees, pay disparity between people of equal roles, unclear paths to promotion (title & pay). Some employees are kept on "contract" basis in order to not be paid benefits. Unequal treatment of employees goes against the fact that Balance sells itself as an "employee first" company.
