Bakers Crust in Ashburn has been the best working experience I’ve had in my 6 years as a server across 7 different restaurants. They operate on a level of team-oriented serving unmatched at any other restaraunt I’ve worked in which made everything run smoothly and pleasantly. The energy at Baker’s Crust is outstanding. Staff are friendly and put the needs of their team at the same level as their own. Management is incredibly encouraging, and my hard work was always rewarded with generous tips from customers. If you’re a great server, you will do great here!! The kitchen is an artisan kitchen that is very skillfully run, which seals the great experience one has here as either a customer or staff member.
Cons
If you have a bad attitude, this job is not for you. Clientele can be high maintenance at times which demands a lot of patience and the ability to not take situations personally.
