Pros

Typically, yearly bonuses and remote work from home

Cons

Baker Tilly used to feel like the best employee. I've been with the firm for 9 years and have watched us grow from 1500 employees to now close to 9000. In the past two years, since our last CEO left, the changes made my management and partners have proven nothing but greed by merging with larger firms and in turn giving lower compensation increases, lower bonuses and taking benefits and perks away. They are now focused on "utilization" .. in other words, overworking their employees.
