      Pros

      You get to work on projects for some of the largest real estate companies in the world.

      Cons

      The leadership team is awful. My manager worked maybe 10 hours a week and would blame not getting stuff done on me while I was billing 80 hours and working 100. This place is a sweatshop. They work you like a banker but pay you like a janitor. Awful culture.
