Horrible Job Culture - Anonymous employee Baker Tilly Employee Review

They gave the whole :we are like a family here" spiel. It was a dysfunctional, narcissistic, family filled with racists and middle-aged, gossipy, envious, copycat, mean girls. It was like a high school. I was overworked till I got sick, but they kept saying I was not doing enough. Ungrateful bunch. They expected me to also work on Saturdays and Sundays! The favoritism is unbelievable. They also had racist nicknames for some clients and staff.......Unhealthy, hostile, toxic workplace. So happy I left.
