-Unlimited PTO -Random day off approximately once a month -5% 401k Match after 6 months
Cons
-Overworked and NOT paid enough -Training was not sufficient -Seniors and Managers do not help staff, some did more harm than help -The entire office is 95% caucasian, no diversity -Has Baker Tilly name but is still completely run by formerly known Umbaugh, all partners and principals started together so it is hard to see a career path that would put you in their position. -Clear bias when assigning work
