Pros

Good social life (if you fit in): There are lots of events, free food, and groups for gaming. If you fit into their specific culture, you will have fun. Relaxed pace: If you don't mind doing the same thing every day and don't want to learn new things, you can stay here comfortably for a long time. Work-Life Balance: If you are willing to accept stagnation, you can coast here for years with decent predictability.

Cons

Technology is terrible: The laptops are old, slow, and frustrating to use. While the world uses AI, they have blocked it here. They use weird, bad software instead of modern tools. Useless manual work: You spend 90% of your time doing manual tasks that don't matter. You just follow the steps like a robot. You are not allowed to think of a better way to do things. They watch the clock, not your work: Management only cares if you are at your desk from 9 to 5. It does not matter if you do a great job or if the client is happy. If you are not in the office early, they think you are performing poorly. Unfair treatment: The workplace is not fair. People are judged by their background, not their skills. Management has no plan: Leaders don't know where to spend money to improve the firm. They waste money on events but won't buy good computers. They hide how things really work and just talk about "taking breaks" instead of fixing real problems.

Pros

Good Benefits, Generous amount of Holidays and PTO, Hybrid

Cons

Long hours, Toxic culture, Aweful management who have inflated egos that treat staff as they are minions, with no respect. AWFUL pay rate, Sept to January you will have no life during open enrollment. Non stop travel, mandatory Saturday work during December. Every day you work 8:30 - 5:30 then you are expected to go home and work more overtime during busy season. Mandatory OT can be upwards of 10 plus hours per week.
