      The work is interesting and different every day. Management truly has an open door policy and is always willing to listen. They truly care that you are happy and have a good work/life balance. There are fun activities every month to keep team members connected and have some fun in the office.

      Pros

      Baisch has a great culture. From day 1 I felt welcome. The company is filled with many engineers that are masters in their field.

      Cons

      As an IT intern, I was part of a very small department. Sadly, the company wasn't offering what I was looking for.
