Pros

Great Medical Plan with $200 contributed by the company (0 copays, 0 deductible) Other reps and production are good, hardworking people Given company car after training Opportunity to make real money

Cons

4 months base turns to commission only Very long 4 hr morning meetings. When commissioned it will become hard to keep showing up Management is sometimes a bit disorganized, but if you are disorganized, they let go quickly. Very high sales rep turnover Double and triple competitors' price; price objection will always be at the forefront of every convo No matter the weather; they expect you to go out

Pros

Working at Baird Foundation Repair has been a great experience. The benefits are a major highlight, especially the medical insurance with $0 copay and deductible, which provides real peace of mind. The culture is what really stands out. The work is engaging and the team makes it an enjoyable place to be every day. Coworkers are supportive and create a strong sense of camaraderie - we love to win as a team! Work life balance is respected, and office hours are accommodating when needed. Leadership does a good job of living out the company’s core values, not just talking about them. There are solid opportunities for growth and leadership for those who show initiative and align with the company’s values. Overall, it is a company that takes care of its employees and creates a positive environment for the right people.

Cons

There are not many downsides in my experience. Like any growing company, there can be periods of change and high expectations, which may require adaptability. However, those who are aligned with the company’s values and bring a strong work ethic tend to do well.
