      Pros

      Size of firm. Gives the impression of being family friendly but not true.

      Cons

      No a**hole rule is a crock. Plenty of them around. They do not honor their commitments to people. Cannot believe they rank as a top place to work on those lists. They must stuff the ballot boxes.
