Pros
Great people and a phenomenal crash course in finance. Senior people are extremely smart and will help you learn. Very focused. I actually had a really good summer experience. Would highly recommend for a summer internship.
Cons
It is as they advertise to you - banking requires extremely long hours and it's one thing to talk about working 75 / hrs per week back to back to back to back, another thing to actually do it.
