Pros
Great culture. Voted Number 6 in best places to work. Volunteer days. Really cares about employees. Just overall a great place to work for.
Cons
No benefits for interns. No holiday pay, no paid time off, no vacation pay, etc. Not really learning much as an intern. Feels like a job rather than an exciting learning experience.
