Management Way management treats employees Rude Customers - Customer is always right attitude from management Corporate Mangement only focused on numbers Management doesn't notice servers who do their job only reviews / number charts Count against you if food is cold, comes out late, doesn't get made correctly in weekly "charts/returns statistics" Basically treated like crap Not great money No system in cutting (No first in first out) Random cuts Lack of rotation from hosts (get triple sat often) Dish pit often gets so full we run out of silverware on Fri/Sat nights Not allowed over 3 tables even if you can handle it.
