Pros
Not even a bare minimum that employee gets. I don't have a single good thing to mention..Poor HR Policies. Its a Complete Lala Company. No appreciation no recognition. Hiring Firing is done on the basis of the owner’s mood.
There is a rating factor below culture and values. Here people are more interested about gossiping about other people and judge with with their way of dressing pathetic and narrow minded people. They will body shame you. Even the pantry guy talks so rude and embaress u in fromt for other employesss arrogant people
Cons
There are no employment benefits and no job security. The washrooms are extremely unhygienic, and they keep them locked like there's some kind of treasure inside. You have to unlock and lock them every time what kind of company does that?
As for the work, you might start enjoying it once you get comfortable. But one of the owners has a fixed puppet who will make your life difficult. Either they’ll constantly poke you or find a way to fire you so they don’t have to give you a salary increment.
Salaries are often delayed too – sometimes you get paid after the 15th, and even then, you have to keep following up until the 17th, making you feel like you’re begging for your own money.
Honestly, working at a local grocery store would be better than working in this company. All they know is how to organize religious gatherings and morning-evening prayers – that’s probably the only good thing here.
Most people here have no real knowledge or proper education. And if someone with actual knowledge tries to correct anything, they are seen as the bad guy.
