      Pros

      Flexible and understanding with appointments and scheduling hours around family needs. Production bonuses every quarter with a harvest bonus in the fall during the cranberry harvest.

      Cons

      No shift supervisors or leads so some employees take advantage and bend the rules. No annual reviews or wage increases. Communication of schedule changes is usually the day of so scheduling appointments around work at the end of the week is hard.
