      Pros

      I am about to to complete my first month of employment with Badger Meter. So far I have enjoyed my time working on the assembly floor and my co-workers have been very nice and helpful in helping my fit in and learn the various responsibilities of my job.

      Cons

      For the short time I have been working at Badger Meter, I do not have any cons to mention as of yet.

      Pros

      Decent benefits & long standing company. Some supportive departments and managers.

      Cons

      Depends which dept you work in but others are led by awful leadership. Micromanaging, meetings without clear direction, changing initiatives every few days, gossip, retaliation, very toxic environment. I would say really read the reviews of the department you are working in. Had I recognized early on just how horrible the service department was ran, I would never have joined this team.
