      Badger Meter is a well run company that demonstrates good communication from the top level down. They offer a competitive compensation package and I cannot say enough positive things about the leadership team. Badger Meter is a great place to work if you are looking for a company that values their employees!

      Pros

      Decent benefits & long standing company. Some supportive departments and managers.

      Cons

      Depends which dept you work in but others are led by awful leadership. Micromanaging, meetings without clear direction, changing initiatives every few days, gossip, retaliation, very toxic environment. I would say really read the reviews of the department you are working in. Had I recognized early on just how horrible the service department was ran, I would never have joined this team.
