      Pros

      Badger Meter is a great place to work whether you're new to the workforce or not. It's also a great place to have a career -- many people have been there 20+ years which is refreshing in today's job market.

      Cons

      Leadership is working quite actively to change this, but each location seems to be siloed. What happens at one facility can be very different than another.

      Pros

      Decent benefits & long standing company. Some supportive departments and managers.

      Cons

      Depends which dept you work in but others are led by awful leadership. Micromanaging, meetings without clear direction, changing initiatives every few days, gossip, retaliation, very toxic environment. I would say really read the reviews of the department you are working in. Had I recognized early on just how horrible the service department was ran, I would never have joined this team.
