Flexible, easy to do, people there are really nice.

Too early to begin, you don't know what time will finish, schedule changes every week.

The owners of the company are some of the smartest and nicest people I've ever met. They don't put up with bs and and they know how to treat their employees right. There is always room to improve yourself and the job that is done.

Work is based a seniority system, new employees always start out part time but generally have huge advancement opportunities.
