Pros
Lots of freedom - remote working (with an office to visit when you're lonely or on the occasion it's necessary for team meetings), ability to make your own hours, constant encouragement to think outside the box, to come up with new ideas, to really push boundaries and be creative. Plus, both founders are very much focused on rewarding sufficiency and self-management, so if you're the kind of person who hates being micromanaged, this is the place for you. Really good health insurance plans (PPO, gold tier and higher), fully covered by the company. They also offer stock options, life / accident insurance, and 401k saving plans.
Cons
If you don't like strong female leaders, this is not the place for you. Also, if you're here to try to pick up women, brag about your dating conquests, mock female engineers, or pontificate about your views regarding 'a woman's place being in the home' - this definitely not the place for you either. Feminism and equality - i.e. building safe workplaces for women and other minorities - is the de-facto cause of the company's CEO and she tolerates no BS from anyone in this regard. Also, the CTO can be difficult at times with giving feedback. He has high standards and really does push for great work. I guess if you're a morning person too, might be hard, as most people on the team are night owls and start work later (and then work later into the evening).
