      Pros

      Great products, the surgeons are interested.

      Cons

      Corporate restructuring has led to layoffs, sales force expanded 4th quarter 2012 and 1st quarter 2013, all have been let go. Venture capital group has taken over the board, Guy Cook has been pushed out, efforts to reduce costs makes one wonder if venture capital group isn't looking to sell.

      Pros

      -Technology is interesting and improves the quality of human life -Days move fairly quickly -Company trips and the occasional free lunch -Decent benefits package -New merger and CEO are steps in the right direction

      Cons

      -Poor communication and limited clean room space leads to hours of nothing to do -SOPs are vague and leave room for interpretation which causes confusion on how to perform the job properly -lots of drama, gossiping, and a fairly low employee moral -training system was GARBAGE however they were working on a new system when I left -Schedule was a mess and typically got changed once or twice before work got started in the morning
