Good perks, poor management - Anonymous employee Backstop Solutions Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience working at Backstop. I appreciate that you recognize the great team that you’ve worked with here, as well as the perks that we offer. While it sounds like you enjoyed aspects of your time with the company, I recognize that your overall experience was not entirely positive. I am sorry to hear that we didn’t meet your expectation for career advancement. Backstop is dedicated to continuously improving with a goal of being ‘Best Place to Work’ and this includes having a path for career development for all employees.
